Website sucks!

Thumtronics's business plan talks on and on about how great the Internet is -- but thummer.com sucks.  How can they build a business on the Internet if they can't even build a decent website?

That's pretty much what you'd expect at this point, isn't it?  They're saying that the jammer isn't shipping until September-ish, which is nine months away.  This is their beta-testing website.  They siad that they are raising money (www.thummer.com/offerinformation.asp). Perhaps some of that money will be used to improve their website.  They've got lots of time for that.

Its early days yet, and we have lots of plans for the web site, but what in particular about it do you think should be improved?

Yes, www.thummer.com is less than ideal. We've got a bug list a yard long.  We're looking for an experienced eCommerce webmaster, who is also an active gigging musician (very important), to help us fix these problems.  If our website didn't suck, we'd have this job opportunity posted on a "Career Opportunties" page.  In the meantime, if you'd like to help us fix this problem instead of just complaining about it, send your cv/resume to info@thumtronics.com.

Come help us make thummer.com suck less!

Thanks!  :-)

one problem is that I tried signing up for the forum, when I pressed "enter" it sent me to the search page because that search button was in focus. At first I thought that I was signed up and that it didn't work but no...

I know it seems like a trivial thing, and it is really... you probably think i'm dumb but,, maybe people are signing up for the forum and it's not working for them?

(yeah use me a beta tester I always pick up trivial stuff. XD )
